Hi there. I am trying to print out the notes but it only seems to accept chapter one. All of the notes are downloaded. Is this a problem with the notes or, more likely, with me! Thanks
This is very strange, never heard of this issue before
soon we will upload Dec 2011 version, (not many changes) but maybe the file will let you print it all out OK
