Which of the following statements regarding measurement of performance in not?for? profit organisations is/are true?
Output does not usually have a market value, and it is therefore more difficult to measure effectiveness.
sir why is the above statement false? It is not of the statements mentioned among answers.
Effectiveness is not normally measured in monetary terms, therefore the fact that it does not usually have a market value does not make it any harder to measure.
I give plenty of examples of effectiveness measures in my free lectures.
