Not eligible for Oxford Brookes Bs

“Not eligible because not submited English Test Approval before taking F7, 8, 9” – was so exiting about getting another Bs from a good Uni but they say u havent sumbitted the English test (IELTS) but i had that time, just didnt tick the box or smth they say. Isnt that an absurd?

Guys anyone faced with the problem of not eligibility and how can i chase them up?

Any piece of advice will be appreciated!
