Normal appraisal?

can any1 tell me what is meant by NORMAL APPRAISAL as mentioned in the predicted questions for dec p3 !!! what type of question is expected?

It means simply that Q1(a) normally asks you to appraise a company’s position. Sometimes SWOT or PESTEL etc are specified, sometimes not. Q1(b) often goes on to ask you to provide advice based on your appraisal.
