Non-Monetary ias 38

“Non-monetary ” in defination of intangible is same as non-monetary items in ias 21 ?

(prepaid expense doesnot come under ias 32 because it asks for getting goods/service rather than cash.Is it a monetary asset and don’t come under ias 38 too?
