Under non financial performance indicators

We have a model called the balance scorecard

Which includes financial perspective as well

So my problem is
How can we say that balance scorecard is a
Non financial performance indicator ?

We do not say that.

The balance scorecard looks at financial and non-financial indicators.

Financial performance Indicator or non financial performance indicator

I don’t know what you mean by ‘which heading’.
The balance scorecard looks at both financial and non-financial indicators.
