In March 2016 examiner report, examiner mentioned that in Q1 part d1 students failed to explain the nature of non executive committees in plc. He mentioned that students explained NED and missed out on word committee.
Am I missing something here, as I can’t find such committee.audit committee, risk committee, remuneration committee, ethics committee, recruitment committee …… how many more do you want?
