If a subsidiary’s financial year is non coterminous with its parent’s (subsidiary’s yearend- 31 August whiles parent’s is 31 Dec), what period balances will be the basis for consolidation with the Parent’s ?

“Fin stats from no more than 6 months before or shortly after”
