What is the answer to my question what we discuss with client post acceptance on non audit context
I am so sorry – I hadn’t realised that your post was a question!
“what we discuss with client post acceptance on non audit context” What do we discuss with a client post acceptance? Acceptance of what? Is this a new client and they have just invited us to be auditors, we have offered to be auditors and they have accepted our offer?
So now, as well as discussing in greater detail the audit matters which we have already discussed in our preliminary meetings with the prospective new client before we sent in our terms in response to their invitation, we will also be pointing out to the new client that we have “other services” which we are able to offer. These are presumably within the “non audit context” to which you refer. Am I correct so far?
OK, now what do you want to know? We identify the services we have available, explain them to the new client and hope that they ask for us to provide those services. Did you have something special in mind that we should be talking about?
