Hi please, can you let me know what type of non assurance services are prohibited to clients (listed companies) whether they are your client or not.

I presume that you mean “… whether they are your AUDIT client or not.”
Only those that create independence or ethical issues like conflicts of interest or advocacy threats
For a public company or a public interest company it will most probably be the case that your assignment will need to be pre-approved by the audit committee
