Hi, this may not be examinable but I came across this term in my textbook and I was wondering what this term ‘non-assurance services’ meant? I couldn’t really find any information on it as well. Just wanted to understand more about this for my own learning 🙂 Thank you so much!
It is not on the F8 syllabus. It covers services such as preparation of FS, tax advice and calculations, implementation of a new IT system. In other words ‘doing stuff’ rather than ‘checking stuff’.
