Hi,
I’m currently in Tesco.. Successfully underwent the Graduate Trainee programme.. But in Merchandise Planning function. Deals with a lot of figures, to ensure the optimum level of stocks at all stores. Can anyone tell me whether I can use this as PER? Or should I apply for Finance Department instead? I kind of feeling very passionate in my current department, though.
Hmm….sounds like you are in a management accounting setting. If you look at F5, that deals with costing and management accounting (performance management). If you look at the challenge questions in the PER, you will see what counts as suitable experience.
