maam are the members of Nomination committee part of Board? Like can they be elected from nomination committee to Board?
Or that using advertising and/or hiring of external search consultancy an outsider is elected to Board?
If you want to get into this level of detail you could look at the corporate governance report in an published annual report – for example this one https://corporate.marksandspencer.com/documents/msar2020/m-and-s_ar20_full_200528.pdf
Starting on page 46 you can see that members of the board may sit on other committees – but not all committee members sit on the board.
The services of an outside consultant might be used to find a suitable candidate to join a company at board level – but the board will choose from the shortlist – and the members will vote on the appointment.
