maam are the members of Nomination committee part of Board? Like can they be elected from nomination committee to Board?
Or that using advertising and/or hiring of external search consultancy an outsider is elected to Board?

Starting on page 46 you can see that members of the board may sit on other committees – but not all committee members sit on the board.
The services of an outside consultant might be used to find a suitable candidate to join a company at board level – but the board will choose from the shortlist – and the members will vote on the appointment.
