Hi sir, Am i right to say that the nomination committee will only make recommendations for the appointment of executive directors ? They cannot directly appoint them right ?
What about the non-executive directors ? Who will make recommendations for the appoinment of the non-executive directors ?
The nomination makes recommemdwtions and the appointmemt is ratified at the AGM.
I believe it is the board as a whole who reco,mend NEDs.
