    Serious problem:

I have been trying for 2 days, 8 hours in total, but cannot watch any of the lectures. The rest of the site is doing fine.

On my Google Chrome browser, I have increased the font size as otherwise I get a headache. Could that be the problem?

Also, I have installed Adobe Flash Player.

    What can I do?

    PLEASE HELP !!

Please try another computer.. and OR internet provider. maybe a firewall is blocking your access to streamed lectures.

Separately, if you get a headache, perhaps.. screen resolution is wrong,,

Many thanks for your advice and help.

As it turns out, our government had blocked out some sites and applications like Viber and Tango for security reasons. Somehow Opentuition got affected by the ban, though clearly this educational site has nothing to do with the concern….

However, everything started functioning as before as soon as the government lifted the barriers. I couldn’t inform you earlier as I was out of network.

    Thanks again.

Thank you for letting us know. (Out of interest, which country are you in?)

Bangladesh, where as of now the public are being sandwiched in meaningless political drama. But we’ll see a better tomorrow- we always have. The development so far has taken place while being roasted in political nonsense.
