I have recently joined acca and paid my reg fee and i want to access the study hub but when i click the link from my student dashboard its says site can’t be reached I have tried with everything changing browser and device still no access what do i do
See the 3rd question in these FAQs https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/your-study-options/studyhub/faqs.html – there is a direct link you can try – if that doesn’t work and you’ve waited 5-7 days (I believe up to 10 days if you had to send payment rather than pay online), you will need to contact ACCA directly.
Go here https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us – select student – then Account access/management – then Option – Accessing myACCA issue. Read through the list of tips and advice – if you’ve tried everything and still have an issue – select the option at the bottom of the page to chat to an agent.
Do let us know when/how the matter is resolved.
