Hi Sir,
I just wanted to understand the relation between net assets and NCI.
For example if a company had a net assets of $400 and NCI at fair value was also $400 (20% NCI) does this mean the business is undervalue since the NCI at 20 percent equals the full net assets.

It sounds as if the company is in a mess. Fairly valued but going down the tubes! 🙂
