Good morning sir,
Sir I wanted to know why the UK government levies a higher rate(12%) of NIC from employees who have gross earnings between 8632-50000pounds(essentially the middle class workers) but charge only 2% to employees who earn over 50000pounds. I mean why are the rates falling? This is unlike the case we have seen in income tax rates, where the rates keep rising as income increases
Thanking you in advance:)
This too I understood sir. Extremely sorry for bothering you.
No problem – but it is important for you to ensure that you work carefully through the notes and lectures and perform the practice examples before posting questions, as it is only after doing all that work on each section that you discover whether you do in fact have any problems.
