when calculating nic for class 1 if employer reimbursed 10000 for relocation can i add 2000 to calculte nic primary?
I have never seen this specifically referenced in the legislation, but given that the amount is a cash payment and any reimbursement of private mileage above the authorised mileage rate for use of own car for business is charged to class 1 NIC, then it would seem probable that this would also be chargeable to class 1 rather than class 1A.
