    Hi Sir,

A big thank you to you and open tuition team for all your help, free lectures and notes, I was able to pass F4, F6 and F9 in June 2015 sitting.

Also, I plan to write F5, F7 and F8 in December 2015 however these papers are all back to back so just wanted to know if that is a major cause for concern and how would you suggest to prepare for these exams.

    Thank you
    Aditya

Thats great news about your June exams – congratulations.

For Paper F5, the best way to prepare is to watch our lectures, using the lecture notes as well, and then to practice and practice. You must have a current edition of a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, and must practice every question. Any problems, then ask in the Ask the Tutor Forum.

I do not teach F7 or F8 – other tutors deal with those papers – but you should use the same approach for them also.

    Thank you Sir!

I had used the approach earlier (i.e for June 2015 exams) as suggested by you and will do the same. Just wanted to know if there are any different challenges as the papers I will be writing in December 2015 are back to back (i.e December 7th, 8th and 9th). I mean since there are no days in between how can one revise effectively the day before the exam or is that something which shouldn’t really matter.

    Thank you
    Aditya

If you are well prepared then it should not make any difference that the exams are on following days.
(When I took my exams a long time ago, we had to take 5 exams in three days, one after the other 🙂 )

    Hello Sir,

I am looking to resit my F9 exam in September 2015
In June 2015 I got 43 – what is the best approach to prepare for the September 2015 sitting?
If I keep on re-doing the questions that are debriefed on the Revision lectures – will that help?

Your advise and guidance will be much appreciated 🙂
