Sir ,could you please explain how the treatment for salaries is done.why it is divided by 2.thanks
Note 2 of the question says that the salaries increase by 2% on 1 December. Since the budget is being done for the year to 31 May, is means that for half the year they will be at the current rate and for half the year they will be 2% higher.
