Forums › ACCA Forums › General ACCA Forums › Newly registered ACCA Student; cant create an account in ACCA Learning Community
I have been registered to ACCA for a week by now. I was told to wait for 3 days by my ALP before trying to do anything with my account in ACCA Global websites and its resource providing services as it’ll take some time to get my account processed.
It has been a week and I still cannot access the learning community. I can access other services like On Demand Practice Kits.
Is there anything I have to get done in order for it to work or should I simply be waiting till it resolves itself?
Welcome to OpenTuition!
I presume you have tried to register here – https://learningcommunity.accaglobal.com
If you’ve tried that with no success you can contact ACCA here https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
Select MyACCA as the subject if it is through MyACCA that you are supposed to be accessing the learning community.
In the meantime – take a tour of our resources and learning community here!
Thank you so much for the response. I tried contacting ACCA via the contact form and it returned an error that says “Sorry, something went wrong Please try again, or come back later”.
Oh dear! You don’t seem to be having much luck! Perhaps you can go back to your ALP and ask how you should pursue – or you could post a polite message to your local ACCA office to enquire https://twitter.com/ACCANepal
I’ve just logged into the community now and I can see it offers a forum for students to help each other – if ever looking for tutor support beyond that provided by your ALP you can always use our tutor forum https://opentuition.com/forum/ask-acca-tutor-forums
