Do I have to buy a new exam kit for 2013? I’m currently using exam kit for 2012.
Please help. thxDecember 29, 2012 at 2:40 pm #56716No, you don’t have to! Fortunately we live in times when there is freedom of choice and no-one can make you buy anything which you choose not to buy.
If your question is whether you should buy a NEW exam kit as opposed to a USED exam kit, then I don’t believe that it would make an enormous difference although some people do prefer to have available study material which has not previously been used by anyone else
If your question had been worded “Do you advise that I should buy an up-to-date exam kit for 2013?”……
…..if funds are not freely available then, no, I don’t believe that it’s essential. Using the 2012 edition as a base, you can download from the ACCA website the June and December 2012 questions and answers. The publishers will take their 2012 editions, leave out some of the older questions and include the 2012 questions and answers.
Why not do as I suggest? Use 2012 as a base and update for the 2012 real exam questions.
And apologies for being so sarcastic at the start of this post! It really should be a New Year’s resolution for me to be less cutting.
But I don’t see that happening 🙁 Do you?
