Please don’t panic if you are submitting in P 29 -there is no need to update the whole of your RAP as I’m sure this is like the FS 90 day rule. However you may just like to look at the remuneration changes and compare them to the current position in your chosen company to show that you are right up to date with your research. Bonuses etc have become a major issue in the last few years with several high profile shareholder revolts.
