Can we use the old book of P4 for june 2011 session?

There are some syllabus changes, but most of the old book is OK.
The best is to look at the syllabus – at the end of it there is a short summary of the changes.

But then how would i cope up with the additions and deletions which are there for june 2011.and when will the new notes of OT for p4 be uploaded?

The changes for June 2011 are minor.
The new OT notes are already available.
