Hello Sir,
I have the BPP book “1 September 2015 to 31 August 2016” and I am planning to sit in F4 exam this November. Is it still valid or there are changes to the syllabus?

There are no changes to the syllabus
When you say that you have “the BPP book” – are you talking about a study text or a revision kit?

Put your study text away and use a revision kit / exam kit …. exclusively
You can look at a study text if you really want to check up on something about which you’re not certain
But a revision kit / exam kit is THE way to go
