An article written by the examining team says that the relevant ISAs are not examinable under the UK syllabus in September 2016

I believe this extract from the article in the first link that you, Murtaza, gave me should clear up the confusion:
‘(Candidates attempting P7 (UK) or (IRL) adapted papers do not have the new and revised IAASB standards as examinable documents from September 2016, however the FRC Invitation to Comment on the standards is examinable as a current issue)’
