(answer:23,064)November 18, 2021 at 4:16 pm #640993Have you watched my free lectures on CVP analysis and on multi-product CVP analysis?
November 18, 2021 at 6:31 pm #641021I have sir but still I can’t get the answer.
I just can get the the total fixed costs per anum?
I assume is 1,000 units x 52 weeks x 0.90 for brownies = 46,800
and 3,000 units x 52 weels x 0.80 for truffles = 124,800
so the total is 171,600
divided by contribution per unit of brownies of 1.5
I get 144,400 which is way below the correct answer of 50,400.November 19, 2021 at 6:46 am #641038Truffles are 3,000 per month, not 3,000 per week 🙂
So the total fixed overheads are $75,600 per year.
