Hello All,
I’m actually asking this question for a language translation.
Is there a difference between :
1) “Net Assets” and
2) “Net Assets and Liabilities”?
I see the terms used in financial statements all the time.
UK vs USA accounting?
I’d be interested to know.
Many thanks!
Net assets = total assets – total liabilities.
I don’t know what ‘Net assets and liabilities’ means and a Google search drew a blank too. The term doesn’t make sense to me.
If you can forward a link as to where I could see it in use I might be able to help further.
