    Hello sir,
In the calculation of Net assets, how do I exactly treat Long term liabilities like Bank Loans, Debentures, Bonds , short term liabilities and Redeemable and Irredeemable Preference Shares ??

Are they part of Net assets ?

You really should watch my free lectures!!

Net assets = assets minus liabilities.

All the items that you have listed are liabilities.
