Hello,
When we say Net Assets = Capital, does it mean Fixed Assets + Current Asset – (Current liabilities + Non current liabilities) = Net Assets ?
Yes!
Net assets = total assets – total liabilities.
I do suggest that you watch our free lectures where all this is explained with examples (in the second chapter of the notes and the lectures that go with them).
Our lectures are a complete courses for Paper F3 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
Thank you!
You are welcome 🙂
