Hi sir
In net asset value method of valuation
if good will and other intangible assets given in balance sheet ?
should we consider under non-current assets ?

They will not appear in the SOFP (we stopped calling it the balance sheet many years ago) and so is one of the problems of using book values from the SOFP. In your discussion you would include them. Remember (as explained in my free lectures) that there is no one ‘perfect’ way of valuing a business and it would be part of a range of possible values.
