    Dear Tutor,
    For question 3a in Nehby company, is the following measure acceptable for measure the success of enter into hotel business?

    – establish budget for cost incurred
    – define timeframe for project
    – communication with staff to reduce turnover rate on the new plan taken
    – set a recruitment process with define proper criteria for qualifies personnel
    -inspect the quality of raw material in advance in supplier site
    – invite a tender to invite interested construction team who bid for renovation project.

    These don’t seem to be measures. They are more like activities that should take place for entering the hotel business.

    The main areas for project control are

    Cost
    Time
    Scope
    Quality.

    Although you mention cost and time, you would need to say how these are monitored. Setting a budget is not the same as monitoring.

    Your last point for example is nothing to do with measuring anything.

    May i know do you recommend to copy all question into word processor first and paste some exhibit information for the first 60 minutes reading time or more recommend to do one question and look info from exhibit one by one?
    Cuz i am self study on it so wish to know which will be best in attempt exam.

    Definitely do not copy the question into the word processor. The exam answers require you to move forward from the question material to solutions, not to merely repeat it question information.

    First, you should read all the question and all the exhibits to get the best overview you can about the organisation.

    Return to Task 1, reread, identify the question and exhibit information relevant, perhaps writing one or two word paragraph headings, then write the answer.

    Repeat for other questions.
