Hi Mike.
if parent acquired the sub more than one years ago what will be the treatment of Negative good will in consolidated accounts .. in Retained earning and P or L a/c.

This should have been credited to retained earnings at the first accounting date after acquisition! How can it still exist “more than one year later”
