Dear Sir, I am working in a firm where no reconciliation was made in previous 58 years as it was just a family business for them, now owners hired me to adjust their record. my problem is that there is 4.4 million difference between our record and bank account. i was shocked to see and even my senior are surprised. please advice me what should i do? owners said you can create a suspense account in 2014 to remove/adjust the difference and from 2015 prepare proper records. i need professional advice.
