Can you explain bargaining power? I looked it in the notes in on page 32.
What has the heading got to do with bargaining power?
Bargaining power?
Are you employed? I’ll assume that you are! Imagine that you wish to enter into a contract with your employer. Of the two of you, which side is likely to dictate the terms within that contract? Are you likely to be able to insist on your wishes or is it more likely that your employer is going to tell you what the terms are and then you are likely to accept those terms
Why? Because of the inequality of bargaining power – your employer is in a far stronger position than you
Does that explain it adequately?
