I just want to ask if you can start F4 without completing F2, but completed F1 and F3. But plan on completing F2 probably after F4.

Here’s the thing. I wrote F2, but failed the exam and I am planning on writing F3 soon. After writing F3, I plan to prepare and write F4, then I can prepare for F2 and then F5, since I heard that it is similar.

I understand that ACCA wants us to do it in order. So i am asking if it’s possible to do that. I already completed F1. F2 I wrote and failed, but I want to rewrite F2 after F4.

    WELCOME to OpenTuition forums!

    Short answer – YES

    Please note the following:

    1. You have posted to the General “FiA” forum – but since you refer to “F4”, you must be talking about the “main” qualification – for which the general forum is here https://opentuition.com/forum/acca-forums/general-acca-forums

    2. It is preferable to refer to exams by their current letters rather than obsolete “F” numbers

    3. Please see this highly informative article about exam progression https://opentuition.com/acca/plan-your-acca-exam-journey – you can download as a PDF for future reference

Oh, thank you. I heard that F2 is similar to F5. So I was planning on writing F4>F2>F5.

Sorry about the Forum mix up. I will do better next time.

No worries! Yes MA is assumed knowledge for PM so to do PM relatively shortly after MA is as good a plan as any.
