I am a student and recently I have got an assignment how to manage finance un public sector. I am new to these kind of scenario based assignments so kindly provide me assistance for my assignment

Sutton London Borough Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Sutton in Greater London, England. It is a London borough council, one of 32 in the United Kingdom capital of London. Sutton is divided into 18 wards, each electing three councillors. The council was created by the London Government Act 1963 and replaced three local authorities: Beddington and Wallington Borough Council, Sutton and Cheam Borough Council and Carshalton Urban District Council. The Leader of the Council is Ruth Dombey.
You have been chosen by a local councillor, of Sutton Council called Councillor Matthews, to shadow him for 2 weeks to learn about how the London Borough of Sutton Council manages its finances as a public sector organisation. Councillor Matthews has set you a range of tasks to complete below and you must complete ALL of them.

Task 1
Councillor Mathews wants you to understand accountability in terms of public sector finance
a. Analyse different organisations that operate in the public sector (e.g. local councils, QUANGOS, etc)
b. Analyse the different kinds of financial information that the London Borough of Sutton Council and other public sector organisations are required to report.
