    sir can you kindly explain this disadvantage of narrative notes more difficult to identify missing controls. what does this mean.

    In a flowchart, for example, there will a symbol for the operation of a control – therefore it is easy to see where the controls are (also, because it is “visual” you can see where they are missing, but would expect there to be a control).
