I phoned them earlier about this.
They said that exam centres have been informed of this problem and you will be allowed to sit your exam without it.

i dunt have my ACCA reg card i just have the number i use Passport as an identification if i dunt have docket how will it work?

It should be ok as long as you have photo ID
