    Hi,

I finally (with the grace of Almighty) passed my first Acca paper (F1/FAB).
Scored 76%, after just studying for 10 days (ONLY!!).

    How I did it ?

    1) I didn’t have time studying from a Guide so purchased LSBF (up to date) lectures from someone around here.
    2) Went through all the lectures and made sure I got what was being thrown at me.
    3) Did not do alot of questions (tho this is the key point in passing the Exam). If you don’t have practice in the exam type question then its really going to be hard to get ‘what the examiner actually means’ .
    4) LSBF does cover around 70% of the course-work but for the rest you will have to get through some guide (Kaplan , Bpp) , as sometime that 30% left over can mean “passing or failing” .
    5) I did skim through Kaplan and found it convered almost everything that I was examined.
    6) Finally just don’t rush in the exam and make sense out of what is the Exmainer asking and implement it logically. As F1 is not all rote but just “Logic” what goes around our day-2-day Organisations and its enviroment.

Hope that is enough, I will be appearing for F2 and F3 on 23rd of this month. Wish me good luck and may you as well pass your exams.

    🙂
