My answer to 1b similar to code30. I took there was to be SWOT analysis so need for any further environmental analysis, eg PESTEL. I took different strategies, Exporting and diversification as options and evaluating them using SAF. Said exporting probably better options as low initial outlay then diversification , also owners risk averse and mgrs may not have experience to diversify into fashion history . Didn’t write about acquisition as it I believe it asked for suitable options , acquisition was not an option – company already highly geared so would not be able to raise the funds. The rest of it … Hmmm
