Dear Sir,
I’m confused as to why can’t we say at the conclusion that all companies should make payments equivalent to EUR14,47m to Singapore which has a receivable balance?
But Singapore does not have a receivables balance!! They owe money!!!
The end result, as per the answer, is that Singapore will pay 14.47 to Europe, and Europe will pay out a total of 4.85 to the US/Malysia/UK.
