Hey,
just trying to gather up people going for MSC by University of London so we can help each other out. I will be opting for Pathway 2 so is there anyone going through with it right now or plans to in future ?January 29, 2017 at 5:10 pm #370160AnonymousInactive- Topics: 0

March 11, 2017 at 10:20 am #377784Hi, I am planning to do the PG Cert and then MSc once I complete my P1-P3 papers. Has anyone had any experience with Univ of London assessment and exams? I want to know what they are like or how different they are to the ACCA exams.
Many thanks.

April 16, 2017 at 8:46 pm #381600Can you share your experience with the assessment and exams?
April 17, 2017 at 12:59 am #381722Just completed my application for PG Cert for UoL and eventually MSc as now currently preparing for P papers, I am so excited for this.
Would appreciate your experiences on this.
April 27, 2020 at 5:53 pm #569370Appreciate if some could help me to answer, to clear my confusion.
If one complete the MScPA from UoL with Pathway 1 options (ACCA student), does that lead to exemption from two professional/advanced papers or marks obtained on two modules for MSc is considered to be for the 2 remaining professional/advanced papers. In other words, what is mentioned in your ACCA transcript, the marks you obtained form the the exam you wrote for MsC or the word “exempt”?
May 2, 2020 at 12:03 am #569740From what I learned previously, your ACCA transcript will show the grade provided by UoL.
May 5, 2020 at 9:30 pm #570096I wrote to ACCA with the same question and received the below reply. Conclusion it, they will put “exempted” on the ACCA transcript.

I’m very sorry to learn of any confusion caused regarding the MSc Accountancy programme.
If you’re awarded exemptions for any papers this would appear on your exam status report as an ‘exemption’.
