Hello everyone
Happy new year.Due to terribly unforeseen circumstances, I was only able to pay my fees for the MSc in Professional Accountancy on the last day. Fees should have reached the university before they closed down for the holidays but it’s been weeks and they haven’t responded to my queries or confirmed the receipt of payment. I’v tried calling multiple times but their distance learning lines are closed and no one seems to be picking up on their other number.
I have been unable to find an email/persons contact that I can send this query to, apart from the student portal help system(which has not been responded to apart from the automated reply)I also contacted their Instagram page but no response there either. I am beginning to get worried as some reviews claim they don’t respond to queries.
Can anyone please suggest other options that I can try, or a contact I can reach that can respond?
Thank you in advanceJanuary 6, 2021 at 6:18 pm #601770You don’t say what the last day was nor what you mean by “weeks” – institutions that are closed for Christmas in the UK will generally be closed until early January – so they may not have resumed since the festive period – especially with the country having gone into lockdown as announced on Monday evening. Have you tried the contact for “local teaching support”? They at least might be able to provide you with a contact for your query.
