Forums › OBU Forums › Moving graphs from excel to the word document of the RAP
I have made graphs from the appendix in which I have made ratio calculations and then I moved these graphs to the word document (RAP), however, the graphs will not appear correctly if they are opened on another computer (Marker’s computer) as the excel document (Appendix A) path is on my computer even if I uploaded it in the relevant section of the appendices for OBU, so what should I do?
1. Make graph in excel.
2. copy graph
3. paste graph as picture in report (ms word). there are option whether you want to keep link or not but when you paste as picture it will have no link. when you paste graph you get a array of choice below where you paste to how you want to have this paste in the new file. still problem?
There are another options other than the “paste as picture”, which are:
a) Keep source formatting.
b) Use destination theme.
which one should I use?
Also, should I leave the original graph in the excel sheet (Appendix) or delete it and if I should leave it, should I make them in a separate sheet or not?
