The following spreadsheet shows part of a time series analysis of a company’s sales.

    2015 1 3,100
    13,200
    2 3,700

Have you watched my free lectures on time series analysis? (The lectures are a complete free course for Paper MA and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.)

Take the average of quarters 2, 3, 4 of 2014 and quarter 1 of 2015.

Take the average of quarters 3,4 of 2014 and quarters 1, 2 of 2015.

The take the average of those two averages.

Just as I show in my lecture.

(Your printed answer might have calculated it in a different way, but the end result will be the same (and the way I show in the lecture is the most logical and understandable way)).

You take each 4 quarters in order, just as I do in my lectures.
