Hi all and good luck for December exams.

I have a question please, I know it depends on the individual and everyone has different method of studying but what is the best way for P1 or F7?

So far my technique worked for me, but it is too time consuming, I write everything down, rather than summarising notes, before I know it, I have written question answers or text answers without putting it on my words.

Like i said it works for me but I find that I have way too much notes and when its 1 or 2 weeks left to the actual exam, I dont even need some of them notes.

Is it more efficient to go straight to questions? also have I left things late this time as I havent started studying properly yet for December exams.

    Thanks everyone.

Hi think the best thing to do is to read the chapter section by section and then translate it in your own words that way you will retain the imformation.

read the chapter more than once if possible then translate it in your own words
this tells you if you are understanding the material.

Read the chapters ( twice ) and start getting into revision kit questions. Read them, questions and answers, at least twice

Thank you guys for all your replies, really helpful, I think i need to just read more rather than writing everything down.
