to what extent monte carlo simulation model is tested in exam?

I cannot imagine that the examiner can possibly require any calculations. Just the overall concept.

I am reading about the monte carlo simulation in my f5 text book. in the syllabus there is no mention of this. i assume f5 exam will not cover monte carlo simulation.
what would you say the probability of me being correct on this?

You are correct. Monte Carlo simulation is relevant for F9 and P4.
