Hello Mr.Mike,
In reference to money laundering proceedings what act are we students supposed to follow in an examination from the two listed below:
1)Proceeds of criminal act 2002
2)Money Laundering regulations 2007
If the second act is to be followed can you please summarize the key points on consequent punishments.
Any help would be highly appreciated.I believe ( I could be wrong ) that both Acts still apply. I thought the course notes were sufficient! Do you disagree?
Firstly thank you very much for your response. Well I agree that course notes are sufficient but they do not seem to make a clear distinction between proceeds of criminal act 2002 and Money laundering regulation 2007. Can you please indicate me the page number of notes where these topics are covered.
